Shipping & Return Policy

Order processing

Order processing time and shipping time are different.
We aim to deliver our products within 48hrs from purchase made. (excluding weekend and public holidays)
Most orders are ready to be shipped within 48 hours from purchase. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders are larger than usual.
You will receive an email upon your order confirmation.
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to update changes, if your order is not yet packed.

Shipping (local)

- In order to keep prices favourable to all, we have decided to absorb shipping cost.
- Going with the option of using singpost prepaid label, this option comes with tracking as well.
- If you require your purchase to be shipped with registered mail, please do reach out prior to placing your order and we will arrange it specially for you.
- Looking to expedite your order? Contact us and we will assist as best we can.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to nature of our custom products, special orders such as personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will try to make it right for you.

I’m Adeline, the proud owner of Ademoment. Like some, I’m the kind of person who has over 19,000 photos in their photo gallery.

I’ve always been passionate about capturing life’s precious moments. My photo gallery is filled with countless snapshots, each holding a unique memory.

But I found that these beautiful moments were often forgotten in the depths of digital folders, rarely seen or appreciated. Driven by a desire to bring these memories to life and share them with loved ones, I embarked on a journey.

After years in the financial sector, I yearned to create something that aligned with my passions and allowed me to make a tangible impact. I wanted to create something meaningful that would keep these moments close, not just for myself but for everyone who cherishes their memories.

Since young, short names my friends used on me were like ah tan, xiaomeimei, meimei or simply ade, and ade resonates with me the most. Thus, Ademoment was born.

I hope it is a place where you can “add a moment, at the moment” to your collection in a unique and appreciable way. I poured my heart into researching for the best materials and perfecting the art of crafting custom photo magnets.

Each magnet is a piece of joy, lovingly handcrafted in my humble abode here in the north eastern part of our home in Singapore.

What makes these magnets truly special is their versatility. Whether adorning your fridge, locker or workboard, they are perfect as a meaningful gift to give family, friends or even for your very own whilst keeping your cherished memories always within sight.
